About
Trail End Camp & Outfitters is a remote, drive-in, four-seasons fishing and hunting resort on the Winnipeg River at Pointe du Bois, about 1.5 hours from Winnipeg, at the north end of Whiteshell Provincial Park. The camp offers full-service waterfront cabins with private docks, propane barbecues, and decks or screened porches, plus experienced guides and a charter boat fleet (Reel Wilderness Fishing Charters). The newest addition to the family, Kendall Pointe Lodge, is reached by a 14-mile scenic boat trip up the Winnipeg River. In winter they run guided ice fishing excursions on the Winnipeg River and into George and Forbes lakes for lake trout.
