About

A family-run fly-in operation owned by Russ and Lori Bettschen since 1988, combining six outpost camps on six northern lakes with the American Plan Mahekun Lake Lodge. Outpost camps are fully equipped with hot showers, running water, propane heat, boats, motors and gas, and satellite phones. Anglers target northern pike, walleye, lake trout, arctic grayling, perch and whitefish, while hunters can book guided black bear, moose, whitetail deer and timber wolf packages in the same country.
