Kannuk Outfitters is a fully licensed professional guide service based near Winnipeg, running guided open-water and ice fishing trips on Lake Winnipeg. In winter they target the massive schools of greenback walleye in the south basin with fully guided run-and-gun trips, heated skid houses, luxury Ice Castle overnight accommodations, and corporate events for groups of 8 to 25+. They also offer guided musky trips, fly-in fishing, whitetail hunts, and open-water walleye trips at Hecla Island. (3) Ultimate Lake Winnipeg Excursion with custom tracked SUV, pickup and drop-off, $800 USD/$1050 CAD for 1-3 anglers. (4) Corporate/large groups 8-25+ with luxury Ice Castles and pop-up tents, hot lunch and fish fry. Overnight Ice Castle rentals from $600 USD/$800 CAD per night (2-night minimum), sleeping 4-6, with propane furnace, bathroom, cooking gear, TV, and fishing gear included.
