Blackwater Cats Outfitter is a fully licensed and insured four-seasons fishing outfitter and guide service based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, operating out of both Lockport and Selkirk. They specialize in giant Red River channel catfish from spring through fall and trophy greenback walleye on the Red River, Winnipeg River, and Lake Winnipeg in the fall and winter ice-fishing season. Owner and head guide Donovan Pearase and his team bring over 20 years of experience targeting huge cats and greenbacks, and the outfit hosts roughly 1,000 guests a year while spending 300+ days annually on the water and ice.
