About this lake
West Shoal Lake is the western Shoal Lake and one of Manitoba's premier trophy yellow perch fisheries, producing more than a thousand Master Angler entries in a single season. Alongside perch and pike it holds stocked walleye. Access is limited, so a small boat is recommended and shore-fishing options are few.
