About this lake
Mantagao Lake is a north-Interlake lake set between Lake Manitoba and Lake Winnipeg, fished mainly by local anglers. Catch reports point to northern pike as the main target, with rock bass also present. It is a quiet, low-pressure alternative to the busier Shoal Lakes to the south.
