A stocked trout reservoir southwest of Brandon, Elgin Reservoir appears in the province's official stocked trout waters list. Angler reports show brown trout and tiger trout as the catches. It is a small, accessible stillwater trout option for Westman anglers who want trout without driving to the mountains or the Whiteshell.
