About this lake
Beresford Lake is a Nopiming campground lake once home to the 1937 Gunnar gold mine, and the 2022 fisheries assessment found walleye, northern pike, yellow perch, burbot and white sucker with walleye fry stocked in 2011. The provincial campground has 28 sites with a boat launch, and cottage development rings parts of the shore. The lake record walleye stands at 78.7 cm from 1992.
