About this lake
Berens Lake is a wilderness lake on the upper Berens River in the north-basin watershed of Lake Winnipeg, a classic canoe-route lake on the historic Berens River fur-trade corridor. Paddlers report walleye and pike in the system. It is reachable by air or multi-day canoe trip, far beyond road access.
