About this lake
A stocked rainbow and brown trout water that doubles as the Ducks' walleye nursery. Each spring, walleye fry are stocked here and moved out as advanced fingerlings each fall for other lakes in the transfer program. The lake occasionally winterkills, which has produced exceptional growth on freshly stocked rainbows. Work the main island and the bulrushes on the south shore.
